A Factory You Can Audit Before You Order
Our 1,186 m² facility in Shenzhen runs ten production lines covering embroidery, chenille, woven, PVC and silicone moulding, leather die-cutting and heat-transfer work — with three dedicated R&D staff producing around 1,850 new designs a year.
That means your artwork does not get passed between workshops. The line that makes your sample makes your bulk order, so what you approve is what you receive.

- Send your artworkAI, PDF, PNG or a plain photo is enough. We produce a digital mockup of your design as a patch and tell you honestly if a different technique would suit it better.
- Confirm technique, size and backingYou get a written recommendation plus unit pricing at your quantity. Sample cost, sample timing and production timing are all confirmed here, before you commit to anything.
- Approve a pre-production sampleWe make a physical sample, photograph it from every angle and send the photos — or the sample itself — for your sign-off.
- Bulk production, inspection, shippingEvery order is inspected before packing, and we send you photos of your actual batch before it leaves the factory. Air courier, sea freight or door-to-door.

Backing options on every patch style: iron-on (heat seal), sew-on, hook-and-loop, or peel-and-stick adhesive. Send the garment you are applying to and we will confirm which backing holds on that fabric.
Quality Checks You Will Actually Receive Evidence Of
Independent inspectors have verified our factory on site — most recently by TÜV Rheinland on 17 July 2026, covering production capability and quality control. Inside, three dedicated QA/QC inspectors run finished-product inspection on every order.
Before your cartons ship you receive photos and, on request, video of your own batch — not stock images. If a verified production defect appears in your order, we replace it.
If your buyer or marketplace requires test reports, ask us at the quoting stage and we will tell you exactly what we can provide for your market before you place the order.

Custom patches start from $1.15 per piece at a 50-piece minimum. Woven care and brand labels start from $0.04 per piece with a 1,000-piece minimum. There is no artwork fee and no charge for the digital mockup.
Your exact unit price moves with four things: size, technique, how much of the surface is stitched, and quantity. Send artwork and you will get that breakdown in writing — not a “contact us for price”.
If your target price is not reachable at your quantity, we will say so and suggest a size or technique change that gets you there.
